All kindergarteners will enroll online prior to attending their appointment. Online Enrollment for incoming kindergartners will go live on April 3, 2023.
 

KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT

Please contact your neighborhood school to set up an appointment.

Appointments are available between noon and 6:00 pm.

Child must be five (5) years old on or before August 31, 2023.

To register your child for Kindergarten, you must have:

• An original state-issued birth certificate

• Proof of vaccination

• Proof of family address

• Child custody papers (if applicable)

Please complete online enrollment prior to your appointment.

CHC/SEK will be available to provide physicals & immunizations. All patients are seen regardless of ability to pay.

CHC/SEK will bill private insurance & KanCare (Medicaid), no out of pocket expenses for USD 250 students.
